Returns & Refunds Policy
Institutional return standards designed to protect product integrity, regulatory compliance, and research continuity.
Policy Overview
Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory compounds and the strict chain-of-custody requirements associated with research materials, returns are accepted only under tightly controlled conditions. Independent third-party laboratory testing is commissioned across our product range, and the available Certificates of Analysis are published for tested products and batches.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition
- Notification required within 48 hours of delivery
- Opened, reconstituted, or tampered products are not eligible
- Returns accepted for incorrect, defective, or transit-damaged goods
- Evidence (photos / documentation) may be required
Inspection Obligation
The Buyer must inspect products immediately upon delivery. Failure to notify within 48 hours may constitute acceptance, subject always to statutory rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.
