Frequently asked questions
Technical information on shipping, published testing documentation, and laboratory handling of high-grade research compounds.
Shipping & Handling
Orders are dispatched from within the United Kingdom using domestic courier networks.
No. Shipping is available to UK addresses only (Great Britain and Northern Ireland). We do not ship outside the United Kingdom, and checkout will not accept a non-UK delivery address.
Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days. Tracking information is issued upon dispatch. All shipments are sent via tracked domestic courier services.
Yes. Products are shipped in discreet, protective packaging designed for secure transit and handling integrity.
Purity, Testing & COAs
We commission independent third-party laboratory testing across our product range and publish the available Certificates of Analysis for tested products and batches. The analytical methods and results recorded vary between tested products and batches, so please refer to the relevant published CoA for the information currently available.
Published Certificates of Analysis are available on the relevant product pages and through our batch verification page, and may be cross-checked against the issuing laboratory's verification reference where one is provided.
Not always. Cobalt Peptides may use internal batch references for stock tracking, and some published reports are supplier-level third-party CoAs. Third-party laboratory documentation may therefore reference the corresponding supplier batch or sample rather than the Cobalt Peptides internal batch code.
Listed peptide compounds are specified to a minimum purity standard of 99%. Where independent testing has been completed, the recorded purity and identity data are shown on the published Certificate of Analysis for that product or batch.
Laboratory Guidelines
No. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research and educational use only and are not for human or veterinary use.
Lyophilised peptides should be stored at -20 C. Reconstituted solutions should be stored at 2-8 C and handled in accordance with laboratory protocol controls.
We publish a reconstitution calculator and technical product data as laboratory reference material, covering concentration, draw volume and U-100 syringe units. We do not provide dosing guidance for human or veterinary administration, and we do not supply protocols for self-administration. Researchers remain responsible for their own protocol design and should work from peer-reviewed literature and the standards applicable to their research.
Payments & Institutional Orders
You can pay with PayPal or Pay by Bank — powered by Fena. With Pay by Bank, choose your bank and securely approve the payment in your banking app or online banking. Your order is completed only after Cobalt receives confirmation that payment was successful.
Institutional and volume pricing may be available for qualifying laboratory and academic procurement requirements. Please contact support for formal quotations.
Laboratory handling & stability guidance
Lyophilised peptides should be stored at -20 C for long-term stability. Once reconstituted, solutions should be refrigerated at 2-8 C and used within a reasonable laboratory timeframe to minimise degradation. Researchers should consult peer-reviewed literature for protocol-specific requirements.
