Three Compounds at 50, 10 and 10 Milligrams

The GLOW Stack combines GHK-Cu, TB-500 and BPC-157 in a ratio of roughly five to one to one — about 50 mg of the first and 10 mg of each of the others, which is where the 70 mg total on the label comes from. The arithmetic is worth stating because it tells you what the preparation is mostly made of.

GHK-Cu dominates by mass and it is also the component that gives the blend its character. It is a three-amino-acid peptide holding a copper ion, and the copper is not incidental: several enzymes that build and organise connective tissue require copper at their active site, and free copper is too reactive to transport loose. Peptides of this kind are studied as carriers that can hand the metal to the enzymes that need it.

The other two are the repair pair also sold as the Wolverine Stack. TB-500 relates to thymosin β4 and the actin machinery cells use to move; BPC-157 is studied for vascular signalling and fibroblast behaviour at a site of damage. The reasoning behind the blend is that skin and connective tissue research involves structure, cell movement and blood supply at once, and that these three compounds are each associated with one of them.

What Each Component Contributes

  • Copper delivery to matrix enzymes: The enzyme that cross-links collagen into a load-bearing network needs copper to function at all. A peptide that carries copper addresses the supply of a component, not merely a signal.

  • Cell migration machinery: Thymosin β4 holds a reserve of unassembled actin so cells can rebuild their internal scaffolding quickly. That is what allows a cell to move into an area at all.

  • Vascular signalling at a site: BPC-157 is studied for the signals that extend blood vessels into damaged tissue, which is frequently the step limiting how quickly anything else can happen.

  • Why proportions matter: A five-to-one-to-one ratio is not neutral. Fixing the proportions means a study can vary the total and nothing else, which is a significant constraint on what it can measure.

How the Combination Is Reasoned About

The extracellular matrix — the scaffold of collagen and related molecules that cells sit within — is built, maintained and continually replaced. Building it requires the enzymes that assemble and cross-link its components, and those enzymes require copper. Remodelling it requires cells that can move through it. Sustaining either requires a blood supply. Three requirements, and one component associated with each.

That is the argument, and it is reasonable as far as it goes. What it does not establish is that the three act together in any way beyond being present at the same time. Combined effects are not predictable from individual ones: compounds can be additive, can interfere, or can simply have no relationship, and only measuring the combination against its parts distinguishes those possibilities.

It is also worth noting what the ratio implies. At five parts to one, this is predominantly a copper peptide preparation with two others alongside it. Any observed effect is likely to be dominated by the component present in five times the quantity, which is a consideration before attributing a result to the blend as a whole.

Where the Evidence Stands

Each component has an independent literature of differing strength. GHK-Cu is supported by well-established copper chemistry and a measured decline in human plasma with age, with applied evidence mostly from cell culture. The other two have preclinical animal work and no controlled human evidence for repair outcomes.

What the blend offers is the three together in fixed proportion: a practical convenience and a defined starting point for work on skin and connective tissue. It is supplied for laboratory research only. Whether a combination behaves as the sum of its parts has to be measured against those parts, and all three are supplied separately for exactly that.

Related Compounds

GHK-Cu, TB-500 and BPC-157 are all supplied separately, which is what any attempt to attribute an effect to one of them requires.

KLOW Stack is this preparation with a fourth component added, and Wolverine Stack is the two-component subset without the copper peptide. The three together make a useful series for understanding what each addition is meant to bring.

Documentation and verification

Certificates of Analysis are published for tested products and batches. A certificate is a batch-specific record: it reports what was measured, by which method, on a stated date, against a batch identifier. It is evidence about the sample analysed at the time of analysis, and it is silent on attributes it does not list and on what has happened to the material since.

The batch number is the field that connects the document to a physical vial. Where the identifier on a vial does not appear on a certificate, the certificate does not describe that vial, however thorough the analysis behind it was. Batch records can be searched directly, and the guides below explain what each field establishes and what it does not.
