Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), a 44-amino acid peptide carrying a trans-3-hexenoic acid modification at the N-terminus that confers resistance to enzymatic degradation. It binds the GHRH receptor, and the published literature describes pulsatile growth hormone release and downstream IGF-1 elevation.
