Epitalon (Epithalon, AEDG) is a synthetic tetrapeptide derived from a naturally occurring pineal gland peptide, composed of four amino acids (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly). It has been extensively studied in Russian research for its role in regulating aging processes, particularly through telomerase activation and circadian rhythm modulation.
