Mazdutide (IBI362 / LY3305677)
Mazdutide (IBI362 / LY3305677) is a synthetic analogue of oxyntomodulin acting as a dual glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and glucagon receptor agonist. Unlike GLP-1-only or GIP/GLP-1 compounds, it engages the glucagon receptor as well, a mechanism examined in the published literature for its distinct contribution to energy balance.
